How to Use Cryo-1
So simple, everyone will use it.
Button Functions
Power on:
Press and hold the Cool or Warm button for 2 seconds to power on. Cryo-1 will start at the strongest setting for that mode.
Battery check:
Tap either button once. The four white LEDs show remaining charge.
Charging:
Use the supplied USB-C cable. Full charge takes about 3.5 hours with 5V / 3A input.
Cool & Warm Mode Options
Cooling Mode:
Press the Cool button to cycle through three cooling levels, blue lights indicate power level:
High (12°C/54°F) → Medium (14°C/57°F) → Low (16°C/61°F)
Warming Mode:
Press the Warm button to cycle through three warming levels, orange lights indicate power level:
High (109°F/43°C) → Medium (102°F/39°C) → Low (95°F/35°C)
Best Use Instructions
Hold Cryo-1 in your palm for 1–3 minutes, get as much surface area of the palm in contact with the active (grey) surface.
Alternatively, place it on the side of your neck half way between the ear and base of neck (best for anxiety).
