Refund policy

We want you to feel confident buying Cryo-1. If it’s not the right fit, we offer a 21-day satisfaction guaranteed return for eligible purchases.

This policy only applies to products purchased directly from cryomedics.com.

How do I start a return?

  1. Visit our Returns Center
  2. Enter your order number and email address
  3. Select the item you wish to return and submit your request
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with return instructions and a shipping label

A return authorization is required for all returns.

Eligibility

  • Item must be returned in original manufacturer packaging with all accessories and materials.
  • Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged).
  • All original components must be included: Cryo-1 device, Charging cable, All original packaging with barcode.
  • You must use the provided shipping label
  • Orders sold as VIP or partner priced items are not eligible for refunds.

Restocking Fee

  • There are no restocking fees for items returned in a re-sellable condition.
  • Returns that are damaged, missing parts, accessories, or packaging may incur a 25% restocking fee or the retail value of missing components, whichever is greater.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a verified warranty issue). If we provide a prepaid label, its cost will be deducted from your refund. US orders must use our prepaid label, a flat fee of $12.99 will apply.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate and make it right. Devices with manufacturing defects are covered by our 12-month manufacturer warranty and may be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order pricing is secured by paying in full or by deposit; the remaining balance is automatically charged in the first week of March before shipment.
  • You may cancel any time before final billing for a full refund.
  • After final billing, the order is covered by this Return & Refund Policy and our Warranty terms.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (if applicable)

If your order ships into the EU, you may cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
