Shipping Policy

Cryomedics ships worldwide from our U.S. distribution centers. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order customers secure early-bird pricing by paying in full or with a deposit. The remaining balance will be charged in the first week of March 2026, before shipping. Estimated shipping dates are approximate and may change due to production or logistics delays.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days once in stock.
  • Shipping is via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on region.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships.

International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact support@cryomedics.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist in filing claims and issuing replacements where appropriate.
