Gen 2 plunges are capable of both highly efficient cooling and heating. They are quieter, colder, cleaner than anything else on the market.

Better temperature control

A new chiller and upgraded heat exchanger pull the water down to 32°F and up to 104°F roughly 30% faster while drawing about half the energy of the previous generation.

Cleaner water = less work

Onboard ozone sanitation plus a higher-flow pump turns the full water volume over every 15 minutes, so the water stays clear between sessions without you fussing over it.

Smarter automation

An electronic expansion valve and ten sensors watch temperature, pressure and flow continuously, then adapt the system to how you actually use it.

Stronger connectivity

A higher-gain antenna holds a stable Wi-Fi signal for over-the-air updates, so the unit keeps gaining features after it lands on your deck.

We currently offer three models that are all based on the same Gen 2 technology. Gen 2 models feature a flat reclining wall where as the Gen 2.5 models have a tapered three angle reclining wall. Choosing the right one is simply a matter of asthetic choice, larger users will generally find the Gen 2 more comfortable.

The Plunge is designed for both indoor and outdoor environments. Its durable materials ensure it can withstand outdoor elements while maintaining performance.

Your Gen 3 All-In will need to be plugged into an outlet with a dedicated 120V 15A circuit. The term "dedicated" means that the electrical circuit for your Plunge can not be used for any other electrical items.

Returns

Returns are accepted when the product is new, undamaged, complete, and ready for resale. Approved returns include a 10% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return freight. We will coordinate the freight process and issue your refund after the product has been received and inspected.

1-year limited warranty

All cold-plunge tubs and chillers include a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date. If a covered manufacturing or quality issue occurs, we will help diagnose the problem and provide technical support, replacement parts, or a replacement unit when appropriate.

Support after your warranty

Our support continues after the first year. We will still help troubleshoot problems and locate replacement parts. After the warranty ends, the customer is responsible for parts and shipping costs.
